  • Bulk work will attract a discount.
  • Please indicate the deadline in all briefs.
  • Work required within an emergency deadline – sooner than 24 hours of time of brief will attract an expedite fee of 15% on the cost of the job.
  • If you are unhappy with the creative product, or any part of the service please give me the first option to deliver to your satisfaction.
  • Invoices are submitted on the 20th of the month with payment required by month end.
